Principle of casting porcelain teeth

Like the principle of metal casting, the traditional wax loss casting method is adopted for the cast porcelain all ceramic teeth, except that the metal is replaced with the finished porcelain block. The inner crown is made of lithium disilicate porcelain by vacuum high-temperature casting and pressing. The casting process adopts the casting machine of vacuum casting and pressing. The all ceramic inner crown and outer ceramic powder are chemically bonded with high strength. The bending strength of the cast porcelain teeth is 420MPa, and its wear resistance is close to that of the natural teeth, so it will not wear the jaw teeth too much.
