1. Box the impression -mostly for the dies(high enough)

2. Pour the impression with high-quality plaster-like < Fuji rock >
3. Start to reduce the plaster poured model in the strategic area.
4. Mark with a pencil the delimitation between each tooth preparation of the future dies.
5. Cut the dies one at a time with a thin diamond disc.

6. Make a conical shape of each one at about a 7-degree angle and a groove in between.

7. Finish up with a tungstène bur the shaping of each die for a smoother surface including the grooves.
8. Mark the preparation delimitation of each die with the red plaster pencil. Coating the surface of the dies with a
very thin layer of soft wax such as the pink denture wax.
9. Dip each plaster die into a plaster separating liquid/fluid such as the brand « Kerr » or "Super Sep"

10. When the dies are dry, place them back in the impression. Make sure they are all inserted properly.
