Step 1 - Case Submission

Send digital scan files, implant distribution data, bite records, shade photos, patient photos, implant system information, and restorative notes. For All-on-6 cases, accurate implant distribution and bite records are especially important, as the final bridge must be designed around all support points with full arch function.

 

Step 2 - Implant Distribution & Case Evaluation

Our technical team reviews implant position, available restorative space, opposing dentition, gingival height, screw-access direction, and occlusal requirements, and determines whether the case is best suited to a full-zirconia bridge, a bar-supported design, or another structure.

 

Step 3 - Full-Arch or Segmental Digital Design

The bridge is digitally designed according to the clinical prescription, including tooth arrangement, arch curve, posterior support, gingival contour, screw-access position, occlusal contacts, connector thickness, and gingival anatomy.
